The membership

These terms govern purchases of the Morning Dividend AI Income System from The Morning Dividend. The membership provides one shared educational model portfolio, research dossiers, scheduled reviews, issues, a rules-derived on-site alert queue, methodology, and an archive. It does not include brokerage execution, custody, individualized investment advice, or guaranteed access to any particular security or action.

Price and payment authorization

The founding membership costs $199 in U.S. dollars for the first annual term. By completing paid checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge $199 to the payment method you provide and to share the payment and subscription identifiers needed for The Morning Dividend to grant and maintain access. The Morning Dividend does not receive or store your full card number.

Automatic annual renewal

The membership renews automatically every year at $199 unless you cancel before the next renewal charge. Stripe manages the recurring subscription and payment method. Any change to the renewal price must be disclosed before it applies; you may cancel rather than accept a future price change.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before renewal. Paid members can use Manage billingin the member desk to open Stripe's secure billing portal, or email hello@morningdividend.com from the address on the membership. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless a refund applies, access continues through the end of the already-paid annual term. Cancellation does not itself refund a completed charge.

Thirty-day refund policy

You may request a full refund of the initial $199 subscription charge within 30 calendar days after that charge by emailing hello@morningdividend.com from the membership address. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and end paid access. This satisfaction policy covers the subscription price only; it does not cover market losses, trading costs, taxes, missed dividends, or any investment result.

Access and delivery

Paid access is available only while Stripe reports the configured Morning Dividend annual subscription as active or trialing. Secure member sessions expire and are rechecked. Beehiiv may process the membership email and a short-lived access link so we can deliver access and service messages. You are responsible for safeguarding access links and for providing an email address you control.

Research boundaries and risk

All portfolio weights, scores, actions, holding-period expectations, and on-site alerts are general educational model commentary. They do not account for your holdings, taxes, income needs, time horizon, or capacity for loss. Prices can fall, dividends can be reduced or suspended, and data can be delayed, incomplete, or corrected. No return, income amount, holding period, or investment outcome is promised.

Permitted use

Membership content is licensed to the purchasing member for personal, noncommercial use. You may not resell, republish, scrape, distribute, or use member content to operate a competing data or advisory service. We may suspend access for material misuse, fraud, or attempts to defeat access controls, subject to applicable law.

Service changes

Securities, weights, actions, publication timing, features, and data providers can change as evidence or operations change. We may correct errors and update the methodology, while preserving dated decision records when reasonably practical. A material change to these sale terms will be posted here. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
