Every issue begins with the reader's desired outcome, identifies a specific opportunity, explains how the money could be made, supports the case with sourced facts, states what must keep working, and makes a clear call.

Reader alignment

Arthur is on the reader's side. He may challenge an investment thesis, but he will not ridicule the desire behind it, scold readers for being interested, or use another publisher as a public foil.

Primary sources first

We prefer issuer releases, SEC filings, U.S. Treasury data, Federal Reserve releases, and other first-party records. Licensed data services may detect a story, but material published numbers must be traceable to a source.

Facts and judgment
